This is the starting point for design, with a £400 minimum. A complete interior project (renderings, custom furniture, lighting, plumbing and electrical layouts) starts from £13/m² for homes £15/m² for offices and shops and £17/m² for clinics. For a 65 m² flat that is about £455; for 110 m², about £770; for 145 m², about £1,015. Site supervision is not included. You pay 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Your figure depends on complexity and on the level you choose, and is given in writing before work begins.

Yes. We work across Albania. The base is in Tirana; most phases can also be handled remotely.
Yes, remotely. You send us the floor plan, measurements and photos, and we follow you by phone and WhatsApp until delivery. We handle space planning, interiors, custom furniture and renderings. Building permits and system designs in Italy stay with a technician licensed in Italy: we provide the layout drawings for your installer.
Yes, as a separate service: checking details, materials and workmanship during construction.
It depends on the area and the level. The deadline is agreed in writing before starting, together with the cost.
