Who is responsible for your data

The site arkitekttirane.al presents the services of THE LINE architecture studio, led by licensed architect Stela Dyli (Licence A.2952).
What data is collected
This site has no forms and asks for nothing in order to be browsed. Data is collected in two cases only:
- When you write or call us. Through WhatsApp, phone or email you give us your name, your number or email address, and whatever information you choose to send about the project: floor plans, photos, the address of the property, your budget.
- When you browse the site. Technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and clicks on the contact buttons, collected by the Meta Pixel.

Who it is shared with
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for their marketing. It is processed only by:
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — WhatsApp Business and Meta Pixel, for communication and ad measurement
- Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Maps and Google Fonts, which receive your IP address when loaded
- Our hosting provider, which keeps technical server logs
- Professional collaborators (engineers, contractors, suppliers), only where needed for your project and always with your knowledge
Some of these parties may process data outside Albania and the European Economic Area, on the basis of standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months from the last contact
- Clients under contract: 10 years, under legal and tax obligations
- Advertising technical data: according to Meta's terms, generally up to 24 months
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing, and receive your data in a readable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To exercise these rights write to steladyli@arkitekttirane.al. We reply within 30 days.
If you believe your rights have not been respected you may complain to the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data in Albania. If you are in the European Union you may contact the supervisory authority of your country.
Security and changes
The site uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to client communications is limited to the people actually working on the project.
This policy may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
